Drop Bury Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, systems, and products in various settings. This will involve installing and configuring equipment according to manufacturer instructions, testing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure proper functioning, repairing and replacing faulty equipment, and providing customer service and support. The specific responsibilities of an installation technician can vary depending on the type of equipment being installed and the industry in which you are working, but in general, you should have strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

General Laborer

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at the construction site, including loading and unloading materials, using tools and equipment to assist in the construction process, cleaning the construction site, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. The specific job duties of a construction general laborer can vary depending on the needs of the construction project and the skills of the individual worker, but the main focus of this role is to support the work of other team members and ensure that the construction project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Crew Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a group of construction workers on a variety of projects. This will include assigning tasks to team members, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and managing the schedule and progress of the project. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and processes, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Directional Driller

In this role, you will be responsible for drilling holes for pipes, cables, and other underground utilities using specialized drilling equipment. This will involve operating drilling rigs and other heavy machinery, setting up and maintaining drilling equipment, monitoring drilling progress and making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring that drilling operations are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of drilling techniques and equipment, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Directional Drill Locator

In this role, you will be responsible for locating and marking the position of underground utilities, such as pipes and cables, using specialized equipment. This will involve operating electronic locating equipment, interpreting and mapping the location of underground utilities, communicating the location of underground utilities to excavation or drilling teams, and ensuring that the work area is properly marked and protected. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electronic locating equipment and techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work well in a team environment.

Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This will involve developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinating the work of contractors, designers, and other team members; monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed; and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction techniques and processes. You should also be able to think strategically and solve problems.

Field Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the various activities that take place on a construction site. This will involve communicating with contractors and other team members, coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment to the site, scheduling and supervising the work of team members, and ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction techniques and processes. You should also be able to think strategically and solve problems.
